1. Review inspirations & analyze your build site together.
2. Transform your ideas into a 3D Model.
3. Create a Basic Floorplan that reflects your vision.
4. Provide you with a link to the 3D Walkthrough.

Plan Development
Creating the blueprints
We use a 4 Draft Process, beginning with a live kick-off meeting and finalized with construction ready blueprint pages. Following each draft, we encourage client feedback and interaction before moving onto the next one. Plan Development Takes between 4-6 Weeks to reach the final draft.
Barnhaus Steel Builders takes responsibility for all phases of a project through the design-build method. Our experience and our design software help ensure that communication is clear between owners, designers, and contractors.
By utilizing 3D software, our team can create a virtual model of your dream home that accurately reflects its design and layout. This model enables you to see your home from all angles, including the exterior and interior, before construction begins. This ensures that you’re happy with the final design and minimizes any potential miscommunications or mistakes.
For clients who are more visual, 3D software and VR are invaluable tools that allow them to see their home design in a way that traditional 2D drawings cannot capture. The virtual experience helps clients visualize the finished product, providing peace of mind and building trust in the construction process.
What to expect
We design a complete set of construction plans as if we were going to build the home. The plans consist of the floorplan, exterior elevations, roof plan, electrical plan, plumbing plan, column placements, window schedule, door schedule and a 3D environment so you can virtually walk through your home during design to better the details of the design. Our design process is very collaborative using Google Meeting, a screen share environment, to actually design with our clients real-time. It’s a very creative and exciting experience. My designers are engineers that also manage projects and are able to design a set of construction plans that fit your budget. Design companies do not build so they are not familiar with construction costs and they typically design plans that are beyond the client’s budget.
