Our Design Process

Free Consultation

Capturing your vision

We’ll schedule a live meeting to define your vision and create a concept. During this event, we:

1. Review inspirations & analyze your build Site together.

2. Transform your ideas into a 3D Model.

3. Create a Basic Floorplan that reflects your vision.

4. Provide you with a link to the 3D Walkthrough.

This is the first step we take together, and will serve as a great starting point going forward into our design process.

Floor Plan Development

Function & Flow

We start our design process with a major focus on the floor plan. During our Live Kick-Off Meeting, we work together building a plan that has:

1. Function – Including all Bedrooms & Spaces needed.

2. Flow Movement between spaces is smooth & hallways are minimal. We encourage open concepts.

3. Form – Symmetry, beauty & appeal come together to create a unique, custom home

3D Walkthrough

Experience it

Having a 3D Interactive Model is a key part of our design process. Our clients can feel how their home will be, before any construction begins.

1. Interactive Walkthrough Link updated after every draft.

2. Experience lighting, colors, rooms, and your whole home while we design it for you

3. View your home from any angle, inside & out, and walk around just like you will when you live in it.

    What to expect

We design a complete set of construction plans as if we were going to build the home. The plans consist of the floorplan, exterior elevations, roof plan, electrical plan, plumbing plan, column placements, window schedule, door schedule and a 3D environment so you can virtually walk through your home during design to better the details of the design. Our design process is very collaborative using Google Meeting, a screen share environment, to actually design with our clients real-time. It’s a very creative and exciting experience. Our designers also manage projects and are able to design a set of construction plans that fit your budget. Design companies do not build so they are not familiar with construction costs and they typically design plans that are beyond the client’s budget.
