What to expect
We design a complete set of construction plans as if we were going to build the home. The plans consist of the floorplan, exterior elevations, roof plan, electrical plan, plumbing plan, column placements, window schedule, door schedule and a 3D environment so you can virtually walk through your home during design to better the details of the design. Our design process is very collaborative using Google Meeting, a screen share environment, to actually design with our clients real-time. It’s a very creative and exciting experience. My designers are engineers that also manage projects and are able to design a set of construction plans that fit your budget. Design companies do not build so they are not familiar with construction costs and they typically design plans that are beyond the client’s budget.
